Les Gîtes de la Saminière welcome you to a peaceful natural setting, nestled in the heart of a beautifully renovated former farmhouse. This spacious 155 m² holiday home is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility and offers all modern comforts: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright open-plan living area with underfloor heating, a lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, a south-facing terrace overlooking the pond, a private spa, and a seasonal swimming pool invite you to relax. Designed with families in mind, the gîte can accommodate up to 9 guests and provides baby and child equipment upon request. Additional rooms can also be opened on demand.
Free Wi-Fi is available, and optional services include cleaning as well as linen and towel rental. An ideal place to unwind between land and sea.

Un magnifique endroit pour passer des vacances. Absolument ravi. Les propriétaires au top. Il y a tous ce dont a besoin dans le gîtes. Très calme. Les enfants ont adoré et les adultes aussi . It is of no worry as the location is perfect, as it is situated just a ten minute drive to the beach if that's your cup of tea. Also the picturesque village of Avrille, which promotes a days worth of exploration and dining options.
Furthermore the O'gliss water park is nearby which could be an option for the kids or even a relaxing alternative to the regular beach or pool. But the real star of the show has to be the critically acclaimed Puy Du Fou theme park which was voted world's best theme park last year and thoroughly deserves it too.
Considering Spa and Pool, I would definitely recommend this place and hope you enjoy your holiday as much as I did.
